QA Lead Mandatory Skills

• A minimum of 5+ years as a QA Lead
• 5+ years of experience creating and implementing test plans/strategies.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in developing and executing test scripts as well managing defects/bugs using standard test management toolset (i.e. TestRail, TestNG, Rational Quality Manager, HP Quality Center, Azure, etc.)
• Background in one or more functional programming language (Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, .Net, C#) is desired.
• Understanding and experience with SQL databases is desirable.
• Excellent comms
