Production Manager
$80,000–$100,000 a year
Reporting to the General Manager, the Production Manager is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations with a focus on safety, quality, people management and commitment to customers. The Production Manager is responsible for fostering a positive environment where team members are recognized, engaged, and supported with adequate training and development so they can achieve high performance goals.
Further, the Production Manager leads operational excellence by:
· Planning and managing the production cycle to meet delivery schedules,
· Ensuring a safe work environment and defining safe work procedures,
· Resolving production issues,
· Hiring, training and performance management of team members,
· Implementing and supporting company policies,
· Addressing employee complaints and issues in a timely fashion,
· Ensuring compliance with local and federal regulations,
· Coordinating activities across departments,
· Striving for continual improvement in KPIs,
· Leading by example and upholding high professional standards.

· Prior supervisory experience in manufacturing or operations,
· Solid understanding of sheet metal fabrication, processes, and equipment,
· Commitment to quality workmanship,

· Strong problem-solving skills,
· Ability to communicate effectively with all kinds of people,
· Flexibility to work additional hours when demand requires,
· Proficiency in Microsoft 365.
