Seasonal/Full Time Breakfast / Prep Cook

 $20.00-$24.00 per hour

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to join our team.  You will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for the food industry and a desire to contribute to a positive dining experience for our customers.

Duties 

• Assist in meal preparation, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and assembling dishes
• Follow recipes and portion guidelines to ensure consistent quality 
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area
• Assist with food service, including plating and garnishing dishes
•  Adhere to food safety guidelines and ensure proper handling of ingredients
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Support other team members as needed Requirements:
• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service setting is preferred but not required  
• Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills  
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
