Part Time/Seasonal - Bartender/Server

$16.75-$20.00 per hour

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. You will prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Duties:

- Prepare and serve a wide range of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks

- Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences - Adhere to recipes and standard operating procedures to ensure consistent quality

- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glasses and utensils

- Ability to serve a section and bartend during quieter times an asset.

- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring their satisfaction - Monitor alcohol consumption and prevent over-serving of customers

- Collaborate with the kitchen staff to coordinate food orders for customers seated at the bar - Follow all food safety guidelines to maintain a safe environment

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Bartender in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred

-Strong knowledge of bartending techniques, drink recipes, and mixology

- Excellent math skills for cash handling and calculating drink prices - Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to interact effectively with diverse clientele - Basic understanding of food safety regulations and practices
