Looking for: Full Time Hotel Site Supervisor 

$42,000–$50,000 a year

Are you passionate about hospitality and ready to lead a dynamic team? Our hotel is seeking a dedicated Hotel Supervisor to oversee daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance duties, ensuring exceptional guest experiences. If you're a natural leader with a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, laundry, and maintenance
• Train, motivate, and lead staff to deliver outstanding customer service
• Manage front desk activities such as check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries
• Coordinate laundry services to ensure timely processing of guest and hotel linens
• Oversee maintenance tasks, including routine inspections, repairs, and preventive maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures in all operational areas
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Monitor inventory and supplies to maintain optimal levels
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for improving guest satisfaction and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a supervisory role is preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
• Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
• Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
