Looking for Finance Administration Clerk
From $45,000 a year – Full Time
Responsibilities
- Monitor shared finance inboxes and ensure correspondence and documents are forwarded to the appropriate staff or departments
- Sort, organize, and file financial and administrative documents (digitally and physically as required)
- Follow up with staff, directors, and other departments for required finance-related items, such as approvals, coding, or documentation
- Assist in preparing and tracking financial forms, invoices, and other routine finance documents
- Support the finance team with general data entry, document management, and administrative coordination
- Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration or finance-related roles is an asset
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Clear and respectful communication skills
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and file management systems
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow within the role
