Looking for Finance Administration Clerk

From $45,000 a year – Full Time

Responsibilities

  • Monitor shared finance inboxes and ensure correspondence and documents are forwarded to the appropriate staff or departments
  • Sort, organize, and file financial and administrative documents (digitally and physically as required)
  • Follow up with staff, directors, and other departments for required finance-related items, such as approvals, coding, or documentation
  • Assist in preparing and tracking financial forms, invoices, and other routine finance documents
  • Support the finance team with general data entry, document management, and administrative coordination
  • Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in office administration or finance-related roles is an asset
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Clear and respectful communication skills
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, email platforms, and file management systems
  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the role
