We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a pleasant experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle various guest inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Operate phone systems to manage incoming calls and assist guests promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of guest reservations and billing information.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Assist in managing online bookings and reservations through various platforms.

Skills

• Previous experience in hotel or guest services is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on phone etiquette.
• Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
• Familiarity with front desk operations and hotel management software is advantageous.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to address guest concerns promptly and effectively.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests.
