Looking for Home Installs Administrator

$18.93-$20 an hour – Part Time

Responsibilities

• Set up appointments for the Home Installs Manager
• Accept and process client payments and deposits as requited
• Maintain office protocols and procedures
• Create client accounts, invoices and enter information into the computer system
• Ensure client quotes and contracts are signed and completed
• Provide support to Home Installs Manager as needed and assist in client measures
• Monitor accounts Receivable and communicate status of ageing accounts with Accounts Manager
• Process sub-contractor invoices and submit hours to Accounts Manager for payment
• Work on additional duties as requested by Manager

Qualifications

• Previous bookkeeping and administrative experience
