Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Casual, Freelance

 $30.00 per hour

About the role:

• Daily Pay - We'll pay you out at the end of the day for the hours you've worked. Why wait?
• Industry-leading Hourly Wage - $30/hr for all our cleaners, even for regular cleans. Whether you work 4 hrs or 40 hours a week. We want you to live worry-free.
• Local, Friendly Work-Environment - You'll be in close communication with the owners who will ensure you have the communication/information you need to be successful.
• Clean with friends - Have a friend in the industry? Lets pair you up!
• No Commercial - We stay strictly focused on residential cleans.

About You: As a Residential Cleaner, your role will be to ensure our clients' homes are cleaned to the highest standards. We're looking for folks with 1+ year of experience. Having your own supplies and reliable transport is a must at the start as everyone starts as contract. Once under employment, we'll provide it all for you.

• 1+ year of experience cleaning homes.
• Reliable transportation.
• Own supplies (vacuum, mop, rags, sprays - nothing complicated).
• Excellent time management skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
• Must pass a trial clean adhering to the company standards

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
• Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated schedules.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences.

• Do you have your own supplies? (Vacuum, mop, rags, sprays)
• Do you have your own transportation? A personal car is a must at this time.

Experience:

• Residential cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
