Is looking for a casual Maintenance Worker
$30.27 an hour
As a Maintenance Worker you will perform trades duties approaching the journeyman level in areas such as electrical, plumbing, and painting, ensuring all work complies with applicable codes and regulations. You will also supervise other Maintenance Workers and designated staff, construct and repair various structural elements like walls, doors, and ceilings, and handle projects involving drywall, wood paneling, and floor coverings. Additionally, your expertise will be put to use in designing, constructing, and repairing furniture, and performing plastering, painting, and decorating tasks for both minor renovations and general maintenance.

- Grade 10
- Four years’ recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License required.
