Looking for a Full time Logging truck Driver

$70,000–$135,000 a year

Bar S Ventures is a Merritt, BC based company. We are a conventional roadside logging operation, which includes forest harvesting, road building, log hauling & lowbedding services.

Duties

- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport logs to various mills around the Merritt area.

- Pre & Post Trip Truck & Trailer(s) for mechanical issues

- Maintain E-Log and send driving records weekly.

- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulation

Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:

- Commercial driving experience

- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and safety protocols

- Basic automotive repair skills to handle minor mechanical issues on the road

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Experience and Licence

• Log Hauling: 1 year (preferred)
• CDL (required)
