We’re Hiring: Dozer Operator
Arrow Project Services – Copper Mountain Mine (Princeton, BC)
Take your skills to the next level with a trusted industry leader. Arrow Transportation Systems Inc., in business since 1919, is seeking experienced Dozer Operators to join our team for an upcoming project near Princeton, BC.
Pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – Night shift premium included
Extras: Live out allowance & retention bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Operate dozers to move earth, clear land, and prepare work sites
- Perform daily inspections & basic maintenance on equipment
- Assist with road prep, snow removal, sanding, and watering
- Maintain a safe and efficient worksite in outdoor mining conditions
What You Bring:
- Experience operating dozers (screener/grader experience is an asset)
- Level 1 First Aid & ability to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanically inclined and comfortable with routine equipment maintenance
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in all weather
- Team-focused with strong attention to safety
