We’re Hiring: Excavator Operator
Arrow Project Services – Copper Mountain Mine (Princeton, BC)
Step into a rewarding career with a trusted Canadian industry leader. Arrow Transportation Systems Inc., in business since 1919, is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to join our team for an upcoming project near Princeton, BC.
Pay: $32–$40/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off – Night shift premium included
Extras: Live out allowance & retention bonus

What You’ll Do:
- Operate excavators to dig, move, and grade earth and materials
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Assist with road prep, snow removal, sanding, and watering
- Maintain a safe, efficient worksite in outdoor mining conditions
What You Bring:
- Proven experience operating excavators (screener/grader experience is an asset)
- Level 1 First Aid & ability to lift 50 lbs
- Mechanical aptitude and experience with routine equipment maintenance
- Reliable transportation and ability to work in all weather
- Team-oriented mindset with strong safety awareness
