We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our Merritt team in delivering top-tier customer service and education in a safe, welcoming environment.

 Position Overview

As Store Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Leading and motivating a team to provide exceptional customer service
• Overseeing daily operations, staff scheduling, and payroll
• Managing inventory, ordering, and POS reconciliation
• Collaborating with head office and other store managers on marketing and promotions
• Supporting team development through coaching and product knowledge training
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies

 Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' experience in retail or hospitality management
• Strong leadership, customer service, and cash-handling skills
• High school diploma or equivalent (required)
• “Selling It Right” certification (preferred)
• Must be 19+ with a clear criminal record check
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
• Passion for cannabis education and community-building
