Looking for a Full Time Patient Services Specialist
$19.19 - $19.57 per hour
Our FYidoctors - Merritt clinic is looking for someone like you to bring your exceptional skills and experience with you and join us as our newest Patient Services Specialist.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Warmly greeting patients as they enter our clinic
- Checking patients in and out of the office
- Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email
- Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts and billing and payments
- Administering pre-testing services
- Upholding excellent customer service standards
What Do You Bring?
- Ideally, you will have customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- A high level of comfort using technology and computers with solid proficiency in MS Office Suite
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
- An ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
