Responsibilities 

• Provide customer service support using call flow guide 
• Sell hotel, air, car and ancillary travel products 
• Build strong relationships 
• Track, document, and retrieve information in data bases 
• Offer additional products and/or services 
• Deliver expert customer experiences... with a smile 

Qualification

• 1 or more years in customer service 
• 1 or more years of GDS experience (preferred) 
• Travel agent or sales experience is a plus 
• Open availability 
• A high school diploma or GED 
• A quiet Distraction-free environment to work from in your home 
• Proficiency in faced paced multi-tasking 
• Eagerness to learn new technologies 
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge 
• A desktop or laptop to complete PC and internet testing; but is not guaranteed ( Will be further discussed with a recruiter)
• High speed internet(no wireless/hotspots or satellite and a smartphone
