Location: Merritt, British Columbia
Pay: From $18.20 per hour
Job Type: Part-time
Schedule: Weekends as needed, Holidays
Position Overview
The Keyholder supports daily store operations and helps deliver excellent customer service. This role assists in driving sales, maintaining store standards, and representing the store within the community. Keyholders prioritize Safety, Compassion, Expertise and Efficiency while upholding company Core Beliefs.
What You’ll Do
• Provide cashier and customer sales support
• Prepare merchandise orders, banking, and paperwork
• Stock merchandise (items under 10 lbs)
• Assist unloading deliveries (items up to 50 lbs)
• Perform general store maintenance (sweeping, dusting, etc.)
• Open and close the store following company procedures
• Assign daily tasks in the absence of Store or Assistant Manager
• Other duties as required
What You Bring
• Minimum 2 years retail or customer service experience
• Working knowledge of POS systems
• Friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
• Reliable transportation (valid driver’s license may be required)
