Looking for a Full Time Counter Clerk / Sales Associate
Entry level Position $18-$22 an hour
Key responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, over the phone and in person.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns or requests in a polite and courteous manner.
- Handle cash register for customer purchases.
- Order stock for store and customer special orders
- Receive, verify and put away incoming vendor shipments and maintain paperwork accurately.
- Keep shelves stocked ,organized and tidy.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
- Familiar with Profit Master Software Program and asset.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent relationship building skills with customers, vendors and teammates.
- Physically capable of lifting and moving heavy materials safely.
- Forklift certification is an asset
