Tasks

• Diagnose issues on GPU servers
• Replace and validate hardware components
• Provide basic support for Linux and Windows environments
• Perform maintenance to ensure system reliability and performance
• Document technical interventions and updates
• Collaborate with on-site teams to ensure operational continuity

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support or as an IT Technician
• Solid understanding of server hardware (GPU systems, components, infrastructure)
• Basic knowledge of Linux and Window Server
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, and team player
• Asset: experience in data centers, HPC, or AI environments

Conditions to employment

• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Be open to perform clearances and certifications
• No criminal record
