Coquihalla Lakes Lodge is looking for a Multifaceted Lodge Assistant—and this could be the dream job you’ve been waiting for! Oh, and did we mention? This position comes with a gorgeous 1-bedroom lakefront employee suite on-site and a competitive salary. At Coquihalla Lakes Lodge, no two days are the same. You’ll be part of a tight-knit team helping guests create unforgettable memories while keeping our lodge running like a dream. Whether you’re greeting guests with a smile, fixing up a cozy cabin, or delivering firewood for an evening campfire, every task you do will make a real impact. Skiing, snowboarding, hiking, fishing, and driving ATV’s are all regular occurrences at Coquihalla Lakes Lodge, for both clients and staff. We value creating an enjoyable and fun work environment while upholding professionalism, and we invite you to join our team. This position is LIVE-IN ONLY, as we require someone to be on site at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Guest Services: Be the friendly face that welcomes guests, answers phones and any questions customers may have, manages bookings and checking in/checking out, and ensures they feel like family.
  • Maintenance & Repairs: Keep the lodge in top shape with minor repairs, general upkeep, and ensuring everything runs smoothly. There will be some janitorial/cleaning required.
  • Hospitality Excellence: Go the extra mile to make guests’ stays unforgettable—you’re the heart of their experience.
  • Outdoor Support: Help with seasonal outdoor activities like firewood delivery, maintaining ATV trails, fishing, hiking, snowmobiling, and more.

  • A Friendly, Outgoing Personality: Guests will love your warm, welcoming vibe.
  • Adaptability: You’re a jack-of-all-trades who can handle everything from guest check-ins to fixing a leaky faucet.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You think on your feet and tackle challenges head-on.
  • Maintenance Know-How: Basic handyman skills (plumbing, carpentry, cleaning, or electrical) are a big plus!
  • Love for Nature: You’ll thrive in the wilderness, surrounded by lakes, forests, and mountains.
  • Flexibility and Reliability: The lodge operates year-round, so being adaptable is key.
  • Social Media Marketing experience an asset
