Is looking for a Construction Manager/Site Lead

$85,000-$100,000 annually

Tasks

• Lead and manage day to day construction and maintenance operations on site
• Supervise and coordinate site personnel, contractors, and sub-contractors
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and operational standards
• Plan, schedule, and track project progress, ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Assist with resource planning, materials, management and operational efficiency
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on site activities

Qualifications and skills

• Residence within the Kamloops/Merritt region is required
• Proven experience in trade or industrial construction/maintenance environments
• Scaffolding experience is an asset; experience in ironworking, mechanical or industrial insulation is also relevant
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work for 40-50 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime as required
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance in construction settings
