We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel front desk during the night shift, ensuring all guests accounts are balanced and accurate, and prepare breakfast for all guests.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct nightly audits and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
• Handle gust check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with security functions by monitoring surveillance cameras
• Prepare breakfast for the guests

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred
• Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
• Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and hospitality industry practices
• Familiarity with phone systems and basic computer skills
