Is looking for a Clinical Pharmacist

$48.00-$66.00 an hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing clinical and medication agreement services at selected retail stores
• Marketing and implementing clinical programs into select retail stores
• Supporting the development of clinical programs and pharmacy services
• Networking with other healthcare providers
• Staying updated on industry knowledge in the areas of managed care, clinical pharmacy, innovative drug therapies, and enabling technologies
• Managing the day-to-day clinical programs at select retail pharmacies
• Creating strong work ethic and patient-centered care culture in the workplace
• Fostering a collaborative working relationships to support the professional practice and ongoing development of pharmacists and other team members

Ideal Skills & Qualifications:

• A Pharmacist license and are in good standing with the College of Pharmacists of BC
• Experience in retail/community of pharmacy
• Certification in injection administration
• Methadone training
• The ability to travel to various retail locations in the lower mainland
• Good knowledge of consumer/patient health segments
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of drug therapies
• Strong collaboration skills to communicate, refine and advocate patient care solutions
• Excellent communication skills; both written and verbal and experience in presenting to health care professionals
• Proficiency with Pharmacy Software solutions, preferably Kroll
• Experience in using Microsoft Office, MS Teams, and Power Point
