Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Micros POS
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and safety standards
• Handle cash transactions with precision, including cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations to ensure accurate payments
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, food prep areas, and dining spaces in accordance with food safety regulations
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling sandwiches, salads, or snacks while adhering to proper food handling procedures
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries promptly and resolving any issues with professionalism
• Support the team in managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and quick service delivery

Experience:

• Previous food service experience or barista experience is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS system like Micros POS or similar technology is a plus
• Knowledge of the food industry standards related to food safety, handling, and sanitation is highly desirable
• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods
• Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude
• Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy are essential
