Desert Diva’s & Dons Medical Clinic is seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to provide premium treatments, create a welcoming environment for clients, and contribute to a high-quality guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform professional aesthetic services, including body waxing, Scandinavian head spa, and pedicures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide personalized client consultations and service recommendations.
• Promote and upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Build strong client relationships to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
• Stay current with industry trends and techniques.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Aesthetician or similar role in the beauty/wellness industry.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices for aesthetic treatments.
• Experience in sales and upselling techniques.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation & Schedule:

• $25.00–$40.93/hour, based on experience.
• 20–50 hours per week.
• Full-time or part-time opportunities available.
• Evening and weekend availability as needed.
