Looking for Part / Full Time Head Spa or Aesthetician
$25.00–$40.93 an hour
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Aesthetician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing exceptional guest services and a variety of aesthetic treatments. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to sanitation, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for clients. As an Aesthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our guests while promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality aesthetic treatments, including body waxing, Scandinavian head spa and pedicures.
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by actively listening to client needs and providing personalized recommendations.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products during treatments and conducting product demos.
- Upsell services and products to enhance client satisfaction and boost sales.
- Foster positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best services possible.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Aesthetician or in a similar role within the beauty or wellness industry.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- Excellent communication skills for clear interaction with guests and team members.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices relevant to aesthetic treatments.
- Experience in retail sales, including upselling techniques.
