Responsibilities
- Supervise staff (apprentices, stagehands, design team, etc.)
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff
- Authorize payments by cheque
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities with workers
- Supervise office and volunteer staff
