Duties and Qualifications
- Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational skills
- Professional, positive team player with excellent written and verbal communication
- Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, outlook) and social media platforms (Facebook)
- Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
- Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
- Ability to do daily office administration and management duties
- Answering phones and directing calls
- Ordering office supplies
- Filing and record management
- General administrative support
- Ability to prioritize time management in a multi-tasking environment
- Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (Required)
