- Control traffic flow through construction and work zones by following traffic management plans and permits.
- Communicate effectively with team members and drivers to ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Monitor the work area for potential hazards and report any issues immediately.
- Assist in setting up and taking down traffic control devices as needed.
- Collaborate with crews to facilitate safe operations around the work zones.
Skills
- Strong communication skills to relay information clearly and effectively to both team members and the public.
