Duties and Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic with exceptional organizational skills
  • Professional, positive team player with excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft office (Word, Excel, outlook) and social media platforms (Facebook)
  • Experience using QuickBooks or similar accounting software
  • Experience with payroll, accounts payable/receivable and bank reconciliations
  • Ability to do daily office administration and management duties
  •  Answering phones and directing calls
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Filing and record management
  • General administrative support
  • Ability to prioritize time management in a multi-tasking environment
  • Valid BC Driver’s License and access to a vehicle (Required)
