Line Cook/Prep Cook Job in Merritt, BC at MR MIKES Steakhouse
– Successful candidates must be team players who thrive in a high-energy environment!
Technical Skills and Expectations include but are not limited to:
-Prepping/cooking of dishes and foods, such as meats, pasta, sauces, seafood, cold fare, and desserts. -Ensure brand standards, protocols, and recipes are executed and maintained.
-Cleaning of equipment, tools, dishes, and station, as it pertains to the position and the needs of the business.
-Demonstrate and promote a safe environment, free of harassment, for all. -Food Safe and grilling experience an asset.
All experience levels are welcome as we provide comprehensive online and hands-on training.
