We are looking for a talented Assistant Manager to join our fun, collaborative and hardworking team! The successful Assisant Manager will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the Lodge and resort. Qualified candidates must have some experience in the hospitality business where accommodations, food and beverage service and the management of the lake and fly fishing are components of the business.

The position will require the successful candidate(s) to be willing to work in all areas including food and beverage service, housekeeping, repairs and maintenance, grounds work, guest services, administration etc. to gain knowledge of the day-to-day operations and duties required to keep the resort running smoothly.

The ability to interact and communicate successfully and with sensitivity with guests and staff is a requirement.
